Tilazi Privacy Policy

Coverage for This App

Tilazi is a mobile photo app operated for personal use. Version note: this Privacy Policy is effective on May 24, 2026, and was last revised on May 24, 2026.

This Policy applies when you use Tilazi, interact with app permissions, make an in-app purchase, send a privacy request, or otherwise communicate with us about the app. It covers personal information, content, technical records, and legal communications handled for Tilazi. It does not replace privacy notices from app stores, device platforms, payment processors, or other services that operate under their own terms.

Sensitive Information Context

Photos, captions, tags, moods, and other visual or written content can reveal information that is personal or sensitive depending on what you choose to include. Tilazi treats user-provided content as material that deserves careful handling, even where privacy law does not classify it as a special category of data.

Device permissions are controlled through your operating system. When you allow access to photos or related device storage, Tilazi uses that access for the app functions you request. Your device settings may let you grant limited access, change permission choices, or remove access later. Changing permissions may affect parts of the app that rely on selected content.

Information We Handle

Tilazi processes the information needed to operate the app, honor user choices, support purchases, and meet legal duties. This can include user-provided content, app activity records, device and diagnostic data, purchase status received from an app marketplace, and messages sent to the operator.

Photo-related content and short text are handled according to the permissions and actions you choose. Technical data can include app version, device environment, crash information, performance signals, language settings, network-derived indicators, and security records.

Apple or another marketplace normally manages payment credentials and purchase processing. The operator may receive only the purchase records needed for entitlement checks, support review, accounting, fraud prevention, tax compliance, or legal recordkeeping.

Processing Purposes

Information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Tilazi; preserve user-selected content as intended by the app; respond to requests; confirm paid access where applicable; troubleshoot errors; protect against misuse; comply with legal duties; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom privacy law applies, the legal bases may include performance of a contract for app operation and purchase access, consent for permission-based content handling where required, legitimate interests in security, diagnostics, service integrity, and product maintenance, legal obligations for compliance records, and legal claims where records are needed to protect rights or respond to disputes.

Sharing and Service Providers

Limited information can be made available to vendors and platform partners that perform work for the app operator. Their roles can include hosting, storage, diagnostics, analytics, support, security, infrastructure, and other operational services.

Vendor access is limited to authorized work and is subject to confidentiality, security, and use restrictions appropriate to the service. Apple and other marketplace providers handle purchase processing, receipts, refunds, taxes, fraud review, and payment compliance under their own rules.

Disclosure can also occur for legal process, safety, rights protection, enforcement, corporate changes, or compliance duties. Tilazi does not sell a user database for money.

Storage and Deletion

Tilazi keeps information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including app operation, user-controlled content handling, purchase verification, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute management, and backup integrity. Retention periods vary by record type, legal requirement, and operational need.

Content stored on your device may remain there until you delete it, remove the app, change relevant device settings, or use available app controls. Server-side or provider-held records, where present, may persist for a limited period in backups, logs, security systems, or legally required records before deletion or anonymization. Some records cannot be deleted immediately if retention is required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.

Security

Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to reduce the risk of improper access, alteration, loss, or exposure. These safeguards may include access controls, provider due diligence, transport protections, monitoring, and procedures for handling security issues.

No mobile app, device, network, or storage system can be made completely secure. You should use device-level protections, keep your operating system current, and take care when choosing what to include in personal content.

Age-Related Safeguards

Tilazi is intended for users who have the legal capacity to use mobile apps and grant device permissions in their region, or who use the app with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If we learn that information has been provided by a minor in a way that requires parental consent or other action under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or limit that information.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through Tilazi may use the privacy request channel below.

Privacy Controls

Privacy rights vary by law. Available rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and review of certain choices. A regulator complaint right may also apply in some regions.

Device and marketplace settings usually control permission choices. You can reduce some processing by limiting what content you add, which permissions you allow, and what messages you send. Past lawful processing is not undone by a later withdrawal, and some records may remain where legal, security, purchase, or dispute needs require retention.

Where to Send Privacy Requests

Privacy requests for Tilazi should be directed to support@tilazi.app. The operator will review the request under applicable law and may ask for information needed to handle it lawfully.

A response may be limited where the law permits or requires that result.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Tilazi changes, legal requirements develop, providers change, or privacy practices need clarification. The revised version will be posted through the app or at https://tilazi.app/policy.html, and the date label will identify the current version.

Material changes may be communicated through reasonable app, store, website, or other notice methods when required. Continued use of Tilazi after an updated Policy becomes available means the updated version applies from its stated date.
